Jonny is a fourth generation owner of the Wates family enterprise. He started his career at Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo) working in brand marketing on the UK drinks business. He joined Wates Developments in 1995 and was Sales and Marketing Director from 1997. He completed an MBA at Cranfield in 2000, returning to Wates as Marketing Director for the Group with responsibility for strategy and communications. He is a member of the Wates Group Board and has been actively involved in the renewable energy industry since 2006.

As an Oxford Brookes graduate, Harry has gone on to gather more than 20 years' experience in the principles of finance, risk and project management. He brings with him a wealth of experience and track record of raising finance, managing people and cultural growth in a high-tech environment and over multiple UK and international sites.
Lisa joined Myriad CEG in 2011 and has spent 16 years working in marketing. Lisa is an experienced marketer who is now managing Myriad CEG's marketing. After graduating from university, Lisa joined DMGT on a marketing graduate programme, with her career path including positions at Trinity Mirror, Holland & Barratt and Nottingham Trent University. Her responsibilities have included strategy, communications and business development. Lisa also mentors and is a Chartered Marketer

Paul has overseen Rural Energy’s growth in the biomass boiler industry for the decade it has been operating. With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Renewable Energy Systems Technology from the University of Surrey and Loughborough University he is recognised as an expert in the biomass sector. Creating partnerships with Austria’s leading biomass technology manufacturers such as Herz, he has raised Rural Energy to a multi-million pound company with a tight-knit team.

Rob has been championing the value and importance of heat pump technology in a rapidly growing sector for a number of years. With two geology degrees from the University of Staffordshire and over 16 years experience in the sector, he is recognised as an expert in geothermal engineering and design. His forward-thinking approach has resulted in a driven heat pumps team that is one of the most respected in the market boasting several British 'firsts' for heat pump technology. He sees no barriers in heat pump development.

Lee has been part of the Myriad Solar team for eight years. A keen salesman with a driven attitude he has recently become General Manager for Myriad CEG Solar PV. With electro-mechanical engineering and general engineering qualifications as well as experience in design engineering Lee has a passion for renewable technology and brings a wealth of experience to the company.
