Product Training Manager
Rural Energy is currently recruiting for a Product Training Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience in developing and integrating training programs for both internal and external delegates. You can download the job specification here.
We are looking for a highly motivated training manager having experience in all aspects of developing and implementing training programs for internal and external engineers looking for challenging work in a reputed organization in a very fast growing industry.
- Provide the central point for all internal and external product training for the Rural Energy Installer Network and our own in house Site Engineers.
- Responsible for developing all product training programs and materials to meet the training needs of the company and our partners, looking to gain necessary accreditations to Hetas, BPEC etc.
- Manage and develop the training facilities to meet the agreed company requirements within budget. Training facilities include a fully kitted out Biomass Training Room with 3 operating boilers and a range of fuel feeding augers plus a seated classroom with power point, controls displays and hydraulic circuit assemblies.
Junior Project Support Person
Rural Energy is also recruiting for a permanent Junior Project Support Person to offer an office-based administrative role. There are excellent career progression prospects within the company and we will naturally support ongoing training development, certainly with regards to flexibility in the working week.
