After Sales Support

Our clients are extremely important to us, and we provide support from the beginning of the project to the aftercare and servicing. We believe that it is valuable for all boiler users to understand the technology, how to maintain it and how to earn the best income possible.

Biomass boilers are complex pieces of equipment which require specialist knowledge - getting a boiler serviced by an engineer without specialist training could result in damage or inefficient combustion. We always advocate high levels of care for your boiler, and provided it is suitably serviced and maintained, it will usually remain trouble free.

Service Contracts

Rural Energy recommends that a boiler is checked twice a year by one of our specially Herz trained engineers. This will ensure that the combustion can be checked to ensure equipment performance is continually optimized.

  • Can be renewed annually or contracted as often as you require

To that end, we offer service contracts to all of our clients and to other boiler owners for whom we have not installed boilers. With ten years of expertise, Rural Energy are the ideal candidates to service your boiler, as we have contracts with hundreds of boiler owners. Our service contracts can be adapted to your needs and ensures the maintenance of your boiler by our in-house trained engineers. These contracts provide a standard level of service, but can also come with several ‘bolt-on’ options for a uniquely tailored package.

Evidence of a suitably maintained system is a requirement for eligibility under the Renewable Heat Incentive so it is essential that you must consider this if you want to earn the generous government rebate.

In the unfortunate event of a breakdown Rural Energy offer telephone support during normal office hours to diagnose a fault and aim to respond to all customers the same day. Customers with service contracts are given priority and we aim to respond within 2 hours.

If a site visit is required, Rural Energy can send out a site engineer, and we will do everything possible to get a boiler operational as quickly as possible.

Staff Training

Our clients often inquire as to whether we offer training of their renewable systems for their staff. Myriad CEG offer training sessions upon request, lead by one of our renewable energy experts from solar, biomass, heat pumps or wind according to your requirements or interest. We are also able to offer informational seminars about the benefits of renewable energy.
