The innovative Herz range not only offers the smallest footprint on the market, but also allows heating with wood chips or pellets using single phase mains supply. For central heating, pellet or wood chip boilers are the solution for maximum automation, while our log boilers are an efficient alternative for those who prefer using firewood.

Herz Firematic (single phase) – 20 to 199kW – Fully automatic heating with wood chips or pellets.

Herz Firestar - 15 to 40kW – for batch loading with split logs.

Herz Pelletstar – 10 to 60kW – Fully automatic heating with wood pellets.

 

Commercial Systems for good quality fuels

The Herz and Endress boilers are the result of decades of development in Austria and Germany, all are certified to the latest standards on efficiency & emissions have been fully proven in the UK with over 250 installations to date.

 Herz Firematic (single phase) – 20 to 199kW – Fully automatic heating with wood chips or pellets.

 Herz Biomatic – 220 to 500kW – Fully automatic heating with wood chips or pellets.

 Herz Biofire - 500 to 1000kW - Fully automatic heating with stepped grate for wood chip or pellets.

 

Commercial and Industrial Systems for poor quality fuels and higher temp mediums

Heating power range: 100 – 15,000kW

Fuel capabilities: Sawdust and wood shavings, Wood waste, Forest Residues, High Moisture Content, Low calorific value fuels, Bark, Sawdust, Poultry Manure, Cereal wastes, Straw, etc.

The Endress and Polytechnik combustion plant is designed to burn more difficult fuels, such as wet wood, products with high bark content, waste woods and agricultural waste products. Using these fuels can offer huge savings in running costs but the capital cost of the equipment can be much higher than those systems that burn good quality fuels. These boilers can also produce higher temperature water, as well as steam and thermal oil which can both be utilised for producing CHP.

Endress USF-W – 350 to 1100kW – Fully automatic heating with chips or pellets.

Endress VR-S – 100 to 300kW – Fully automatic heating with wet chips or contaminated pellets.

Endress VR-W – 450 to 950kW – Fully automatic heating with wet chips or contaminated pellets.
