Our team of engineers have a wealth of experience in design of all aspects of a biomass installation including fuel feed, boilers and heating circuit elements.

For all installations we provide project specific drawings from the start. We also provide extensive guides for all elements of the system. 

In addition we also offer project management, installation and commissioning.

After Sales Support

We have found that provided a boiler is suitably serviced and maintained, it will usually remain trouble free. To that end, Rural Energy also offer service contracts to ensure the maintenance of your boiler by our in-house trained engineers.

These contracts provide a standard level of service, but can also come with several ‘bolt-on’ options for a uniquely tailored package. Evidence of a suitably maintained system is a requirement for eligibility under the Renewable Heat Incentive. Rural Energy can advise on ensuring eligibility under this scheme and also assist with the application process to Ofgem, who will be running the scheme.
