Here at Econic we provide support for our clients from the start of the project to its continuing maintenance. We know that is is important for all heat pump users and installers to understand and care for their technology and how to maintain it (if at all since heat pumps require little maintenance). We also offer RHI metering services to aid in earning your return on investment.
Planned maintenance services: Econic offer a range of planned maintenance services to suit your needs. A service contract is a requirement of the Renewable Heat Incentive and we can advise on what is required. We recommend that a heat pump is checked annually by one of our specially trained engineers. This will ensure equipment performance is continually optimized.
To that end, we offer service contracts to all of our clients and to other boiler owners for whom we have not installed heat pumps. Our service contracts can be adapted to your needs and ensures the maintenance of your heat pump by our in-house trained engineers.
Evidence of a suitably maintained system is necessary in order to earn the Renewable Heat Incentive so it is essential that you must consider this if you want to earn the generous government rebate.
Emergency call out: in situations where a problem is urgent we will endeavour to get your system up and running again as soon as possible. Call-out services can be tailored to suit the needs of the end-users.
Fault finding: even if we did not install your system we are happy to look at other installations that are experiencing problems as we have worked with a number of different manufacturers and system types in the past, plus our engineers have extensive heat pump training and experience. Our expert engineers can usually locate the source of any problem quickly and get your system up and running again so you can use your time and heat more efficiently.
