Project Management: An experienced Econic project manager will supervise the entire project. We take full responsibility for the design of the system and provide warranties and guarantees as required by the client.
Equipment: We work with a range of manufacturers so that we can select the most appropriate system for the project. We are not tied to any particular heat pump manufacturer.
Controls: It’s very important that the heat pump system is well integrated with the overall building control strategy. We can advise on the best way to achieve this and can include features such as remote monitoring over the internet or information displays for building users.
Commissioning: This is always carried out by our own in-house experts. Our handover package contains O&M manuals and drawings as required by the contract. Training for facilities managers or other end-clients can be provided if necessary.
Quality and health and safety: Working as we do within the construction industry we are up to date with all the latest legislation with regard to health and safety, quality, environmental issues and so on. We are CHAS registered and fully MCS approved for heat pump installations.
