We take the responsiblity for the complete installation of a heat pump system, including the ground energy collector, interconnecting pipe work and the installation of the heat pump systems in the plant room too. An experienced Econic project manager will be assigned to supervise the entire project. We take full responsibility for the design of the system and provide warranties and guarantees as required by the client. Equipment: Having worked with a number of manufacturers over the last few years, Econic have a number of stringent requirements that manufacturers and their equipment have to meet. As a result, we only choose from the very best selection of equipment currently available on the market. As we are not tied to any particular brand and we do not manufacture our own technology, we have an unbiased approach to our equipment, allowing our specialist consultants to choose heat pumps that suit the clients' needs and site down to the ground.
Controls: We emphasise the importance of integrating the heat pump system with the overal strategy for controlling the building's heating and cooling requirements. We can advise on the best way to achieve this and can include features such as remote monitoring over the internet and information displays for building users.
Commissioning: This is always carried out by our own in-house experts. Our handover package contains O&M manuals and drawings as required by the contract. Training for facilities managers or other end-clients can be provided if necessary.
Quality and health and safety: Working as we do within the construction industry we are up to date with all the latest legislation with regard to health and safety, quality, environmental issues and so on. We are CHAS registered and fully MCS approved for heat pump installations.
