An ideal location for solar PV panels would be south facing on a 30 - 40 degree angled roof, with no shading on the panels.
What are the benefits?
- A commercial solar photovoltaic system can be mounted onto almost any type of commercial building to help reduce the carbon footprint and deliver onsite renewable generation targets.
- Panels can be mounted either on a pitched south facing roof to maximise the energy capture or on a flat roof using low weight frames that enable the solar PV panels to be angled and orientated in the most optimal direction.
- Panels can also be used as Cladding on a Facade (ideally south facing).
