Define
Correct forward planning is essential and together we will determine objectives, costs, risks, timescale and consider all variables and contingencies.
Plan
Once the system and specifications are agreed, we will manage the project `stage by stage’ adhering to clear timelines and responsibilities to ensure that everything is completed under the best conditions.
Implementation
Our Project Managers will ensure that the entire programme remains on track with a high quality of service being delivered throughout the life of the project. All issues and updates will be communicated to our customer.
Handover and Closure
At completion we submit a comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Manual, incorporating all certificates. The Operations Manager and team will also carry out a post project review and analysis which will enable everyone to evaluate the whole procedure and provide vital feedback information.
Our team will also assist with the registration of the installation with the customers chosen electricity supplier so that they can receive the financial benefit from the FIT income as soon as possible.
